Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We deliver to every serviceable pincode across India, including Cash on Delivery. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and refund any prepaid amount in full.

Shipping charges

Free delivery on all orders above ₹999
Below ₹999, a flat shipping charge applies and is shown at checkout before you pay
Cash on Delivery may carry a small additional handling fee, shown at checkout

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Prepaid orders ship roughly a day earlier than COD, because they skip address verification.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 3–4 days from dispatch
Tier 2 and 3 cities: 5–7 days from dispatch
Remote and hill pincodes: may take a few days longer

These are estimates based on courier performance, not guarantees.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email once the parcel is handed to the courier. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, message us.

How we pack

Every item is bubble-wrapped and box-packed. Frames, idols and glass items get extra cushioning. If something still arrives damaged, we replace it — see our Delivery & Return page.

Failed delivery attempts

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep your phone reachable. If all attempts fail and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship; a second shipping charge may apply.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, a re-shipping charge applies.
