These terms apply when you buy from bhaktilok.store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed only when we accept it and dispatch it.
We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot verify a Cash on Delivery order. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
For COD orders we may call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.
Prices and offers can change at any time before you place an order.
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery, subject to availability at checkout.

Natural materials

Many of our products use natural stone, wood and rudraksha. Colour, grain, banding and size vary from piece to piece. This variation is a sign the material is genuine, not a defect, and is not grounds for a return.

About what our products do

Rudraksha, karungali, crystals, yantras and Vastu items carry traditional and cultural significance. We describe what they represent within that tradition. We do not claim, and you should not assume, any medical, financial, legal or guaranteed outcome from using them. They are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional advice.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timing is in their hands. See our Shipping Policy and Delivery & Return pages for detail.

Our liability

Where the law allows us to limit it, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.
